I support people as they create environments where people thrive.

What do you want to speak about at FlowCon ?
I’ll be speaking about feedback – why the result doesn’t match the intention and what we can do about it

What would make you say “waouh” at the end of the conference ?
After 2 days, my brain overflowing with new ideas.

What will make you think that attendees have learnt a lot during your session ?
Hmmm, I hope they will remember and take with them something that is relevant for where they are at this moment. It might be a story shared, a tip about how to make feedback work, or simply to ask for feedback more often.

What is your favorite word ?
Köpenhamn (Copenhagen in Swedish). It’s been my favorite word since I was 16 and heard a Swedish flight attendant announce we were about to land there. Funny, so many years later, I now call Denmark home.

What is the sound, the noise that you love  ?
My little dog snoring.

What is the plant, tree or animal which you would love to be reincarnated into ?
No question, a well-loved Labrador Retriever.

What is the question you would have liked us to ask you ?
Since I’m introverted, my perspective is that you asked the right questions already. It’s good to leave a little to mystery. ;-)
