What do you do for a living ?
Turn ideas into code that makes F-Secure's software product better. Hang out with great people doing the same. Press the "approve" button as a manager because someone needs to.

What do you want to speak about at FlowCon ?
Changes we have made in taking ownership and finding both joy and productivity of giving up the usual template agile seems to introduce around us.
Anything around testing and quality. Programming language ecosystems and how people behave in them. Changing the world in our scale.

What would make you say “waouh” at the end of the conference ?
Meeting people to learn with. Meaningful discussions. Feeling connected as a socially awkward extrovert.

What will make you think that attendees have learnt a lot during your session ?
Discussions, questions, sense of energy towards wanting to try new things.

What is your favorite word ?
Impossible. Because nothing is.

What is the sound, the noise that you love ?
Rain sounds lovely.

What is the plant, tree or animal which you would love to be reincarnated into ?
I want to be reincarnated into a man. :D
